  1. Pre-Preparation for the BEEUC project book – EU Identity, From Past to Success
  2. (PR1 Activity – Website) website with all information (IPG – during the entire project)
  3. (TM1 – Transnational Meeting) 24/11/2024 – Guarda-IPG (PORTUGAL)
    • General Meeting (Preparing the ground for IP Portugal Bragança meeting with the different group’s discussions + preparing the initial steps for the final performance made by the choir, band, and dance groups.
    • Maximum 10 persons (Location – Guarda-IPG – Portugal) (2 IPG + 2 CMDB + 4 Patras + 2 Klippan Band)
  4. (A1 – Online Activity) From 11/2023 until 12/2023 (First Approach to Performance)
    • Preparing the 5 minutes performance to be presented to EU Parliament
    • 5 minutes reinterpretation using the theme of the 9th Symphony of Beethoven (EU anthem)
    • The performance name “EU calls – from the inside of EU to the heart of EU.“
  5. (A2 – Online Activity) 01/2024 meeting to continue the preparation of the IP (Intensive Program)
    • Preparing the IP details (organizing the different themes)
    • Guidelines for discussion with the 3 Eurodeputy’s that will integrate and interact during the IP activity
  6. (TM2 – Transnational Meeting) 09/03/2024 – Klippan – Klippan Music Band (SWEDEN)
    • General Meeting;
    • Finalizing the IP activity meeting with the different group’s discussions;
    • The outline of the final performance made by the choir, band, and dance groups to be present as the first act to the 3 Eurodeputy’s
  7. (A3 – Online Activity) 03/2022 meeting to continue the preparation of the IP (Intensive Program)
    • Continuing the IP final details
    • Finishing the Guidelines for discussion with the 3 Eurodeputy’s that will integrate and interact during the IP activity
  8. (A4 – Online Activity) From 03/2024 until 05/2024
    • Closing the Performance – online rehearsal
    • Continuing the preparation for the 5 minutes performance to be presented to EU Parliament
  9. (IP Meeting) From 10/05/2024 until 12/05/2024 – Bragança – BriChoirT (PORTUGAL)
    • Program Meeting with all groups in the city of Bragança-Portugal (BriChoirT headquarter)
    • Multicultural/Intergenerational groups to discuss what is EU for us, and its role – from the past to the future
    • Interaction with the 3-representative deputies from the EU (Portugal, Sweden, and Greece)
    • Face-to-face rehearsal of the 5 minutes performance “EU calls – from the inside of EU to the heart of EU.“
  10. (PR2 – Online Activity) 06/2024
    • Conclusions regarding the IP Meeting with the groups’ ideas and pictures
    • Start the construction on the EU Guidelines for BEEUC project book – EU Identity, From Past to Success following the previous conclusions
  11. (PR3 – Final rehearsal) From 06/07/2024 until 07/07/2024
    • Program Meeting with all groups in the city of Patras-Greece (Dance Group Headquarter)
    • Final rehearsal and recordings of the 5 minutes performance “EU calls – from the inside of EU to the heart of EU.“
  12. (A5 Activity – Performance Presentation for European Parliament – Online) 09/2024
    • Presenting the final performance that will exemplify the heart of cooperation among partners’ consortium “EU calls – from the inside of EU to the heart of EU.“
