  • What will your dream EU look like in ten years? My vision for Europe in ten years is that we will succeed in strengthening cooperation and the democratic EU. An EU consists of member states that protect democracy and the principles of the rule of law, and we have adopted a joint climate plan to meet the climate challenges.
  • What was the most crucial victory in the European Parliament during the term? During the mandate period that has just passed, the historically first and largest climate package, “Green Deal”, was decided. Now, the EU has clear targets, climate laws, and legislation to reduce emissions and protect our nature. The EU takes the lead in becoming the world’s first fossil-free continent – that’s big!
